COMFORTING CINNAMON PORRIDGE

There's nothing better than a warm bowl of porridge on a cold morning. The best part about making this, is it forces you to stop and take your morning slow.

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 Cup Traditional Rolled Oats

1 Cup Milk

1/4 tsp True Cinnamon

Raw Honey (drizzled to taste)

1 Ripe Banana

 

DIRECTIONS:

1. In a small saucepan, heat your milk and oats stirring gently over low heat.

2. When it starts to bubble take it off the heat and continue to stir for a further minute in the saucepan.

3 Pour into your bowl and cover with your toppings.
