PAYMENTS
We accept online payments only via our checkout by Credit Card, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. 

POSTAGE

Postage fees are a flat rate Australia wide.

Standard postage is $10 (timeframe 2-8 business days)

Express post is $15 (timeframe 2-3 business days)

SHIPPING
We are an online store and as such all orders have a delivery only option. Unfortunately we do not offer Click & Collect. You can expect your order to be processed within 72hrs but please allow up to 2-8 working days to receive your delivery from the time of dispatch. We deliver Australia wide and offer express post as well. However, we do not offer international shipping or guaranteed overnight deliveries.

CANCELLATIONS

Should you wish to cancel your order, your request must be received prior to dispatch. Please email hello@terreign.com.au as soon as possible, and we will notify you of the cancellation

CHANGE OF MIND

For change of mind returns on homeware products we offer an exchange or store credit for the value of the product (excluding shipping charge) within 14 days of the delivery date.

Please note this excludes any food items which cannot be returned.

Should you choose to return your order for an exchange/store credit, postage will be at your expense and Terreign will retain any original shipment costs incurred.

To organise a return, simply email hello@terreign.com.au and we'll respond to you within 72 hours.

FAULTY GOODS

Please email us at hello@terreign.com.au with a photo of the fault. We can make an assessment from the photo or we may need to arrange (at our cost) the return of the item for assessment in person. If the item has been damaged in transit we will endeavour to organise a replacement of this item immediately providing we have stock. If we think it is a manufacturing defect we will need to make contact with our supplier. This should take no more than 10 days to resolve, we will however keep you updated. If our supplier cannot fix or remedy the fault then we will be able to give you a refund providing they establish that there is indeed a manufacturing fault with the item. If the supplier considers the item not faulty then we will need to send the item back to you at your cost.

Please make sure that you have a copy of your proof of purchase and have followed all product care instructions.
